Wholesale Packaging FAQs
Answers to the questions we hear most from businesses ordering custom packaging in bulk. Don't see yours? Call or request a quote.
What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale packaging?
Minimums vary by product and manufacturer. Cold cups typically start in the thousands of units, while hot cups, bags, and labels can start lower. We'll confirm the exact minimum during your quote and help you find options that fit your volume.
How long does a wholesale order take?
Design is usually 1–2 weeks, manufacturing and printing 3–6 weeks, and shipping 1–3 weeks depending on origin — typically 6–10 weeks total. Rush production is sometimes available at a premium; ask us if your timeline is tight.
Do you design the packaging, or do I provide artwork?
We design everything. You provide your logo and any brand guidelines, and we create the print-ready artwork — layout, colors, and any patterns or messaging — sized correctly for your packaging.
Can I see a sample before the full production run?
Yes, and we recommend it. Pre-production samples let you verify colors, print quality, and feel before committing to the full order. They typically take 2–3 weeks and cost a modest fee.
Do you publish wholesale pricing?
No. Every order is quoted to its exact product, size, material, and quantity, so pricing is always as accurate as possible. Request a quote and we'll respond within 24 hours.
Can you match my brand colors exactly?
We use your brand's exact color codes (Pantone, CMYK, or HEX) and specify them precisely with the manufacturer. Pre-production samples are the best way to confirm color accuracy before the full run.
Do you deliver outside Minneapolis?
Yes. We're based in Minneapolis but coordinate production and delivery nationwide. Whether you're across town or across the country, the process is the same.
