We offer website design and development, social media management, branding and graphic design, custom packaging, and marketing and print design. Clients can hire us for one service or combine several for a complete business identity.
Where is YaSeen Creative located?
We're based in Suite 408A at Karmel Mall, 2910 Pleasant Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55408. We work with clients locally through in-person meetings and nationwide through remote collaboration.
How much does a website cost?
Every website is custom-designed for the business, so pricing depends on the scope, features, and number of pages. We provide a clear quote after a free consultation where we discuss what you need. We don't publish package pricing because every project is different.
How much do custom cups or packaging cost?
Custom packaging pricing depends on the product, quantity, printing method, and complexity of the design. We'll walk you through options during a packaging consultation and help you find the right balance of quality and budget.
How long does it take to build a website?
Timelines depend on the scope and complexity of the project. A typical business website takes several weeks from consultation to launch. We'll give you a clear timeline during the planning phase so you know what to expect.
Do you work with businesses outside of Minneapolis?
Yes. We work with businesses nationwide through remote collaboration — phone calls, video meetings, screen sharing, and email. The process is smooth and many of our clients have never visited our office in person.
Can you help with social media for my business if I already have accounts?
Yes. We can take over management of your existing accounts, or help you set up new ones. We'll learn your brand voice and create content that fits your business and your audience.
Do you offer ongoing website maintenance?
Yes. We offer maintenance options for website updates, content changes, and technical support. We'll discuss what makes sense for your business during or after your project.
What's the minimum order quantity for custom packaging?
Minimum quantities vary by product type and manufacturer. During your consultation, we'll help you understand the options and find the right quantity for your budget and needs. We don't push you into ordering more than you need.
Do I need a complete brand identity, or can I start with just a logo?
You can start with whatever your business needs most. A logo is a great first step, and we can build out the rest of your brand identity over time as your business grows.
What's the difference between a free consultation and a paid project?
The consultation is a free, no-obligation conversation where we learn about your business and recommend the right approach. After the consultation, we provide a quote and timeline. You decide whether to move forward.
