What makes YaSeen Creative different from other creative agencies?
We bring multiple creative services — websites, branding, packaging, social media, and marketing — under one roof. Most businesses end up juggling different vendors for each of these, which creates inconsistency. A single team means your visual identity stays consistent, your timeline is managed by one point of contact, and the right hand always knows what the left hand is doing.
Do you work with startups and new businesses?
Yes — and we enjoy it. New businesses are a blank canvas with everything to gain from getting their brand right from the start. We'll help you figure out what you need first (often a logo and a website), build it professionally, and grow your creative presence as your business grows. We don't push startups to buy services they're not ready for.
Do I need to come to your office in Minneapolis?
No. We work with clients across the country remotely — phone, video calls, email, and screen sharing. If you're local to Minneapolis, you're welcome to meet us at Karmel Mall, but it's never required. The majority of our process works exactly the same whether you're across town or across the country.
How do you price your services?
Every project is quoted based on scope — what you need, how complex it is, and how much time it will take. We don't publish one-size-fits-all prices because a five-page business website is different from a 200-product e-commerce store, and a logo-only project is different from a complete brand identity. Your free consultation gives you a clear, itemized quote before you commit to anything.
What's your communication style during projects?
Clear and consistent. You'll know who your point of contact is, when to expect updates, and how to reach us if something comes up. We set timelines at the start of every project and check in at key milestones. We're reachable by phone, text, and email. No disappearing for weeks without an update — that's not how we work.
Do you offer ongoing support after a project is completed?
Yes. Website maintenance plans, social media management retainers, and ongoing design support are all available. Even if you don't sign up for a monthly plan, we're still here if you need updates, changes, or a new project down the road. Many of our clients come back months or years later for their next thing — that's the kind of relationship we build.
