Consultation Forms and Inquiries
Submitting a consultation request or contact form does not create a client relationship. A client relationship is established only after we have mutually agreed to work together and the terms of a specific project have been confirmed in writing.
Services
All services — including website design, branding, custom packaging, social media management, and marketing and print design — are provided according to the terms agreed upon in each individual project agreement. Project timelines, deliverables, and pricing are established on a per-project basis.
Quotes and Pricing
Any pricing estimates or quotes provided during consultations are valid for the timeframe stated at the time of the quote. Final pricing is confirmed in the project agreement. We do not publish fixed package pricing because every project is custom-designed for the specific business.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for a project, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. YaSeen Creative retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain ownership of all preliminary concepts, unused designs, and working files not included in the final deliverables.
Third-Party Services
Our website may link to third-party services including Google Maps for directions and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or terms of those third-party services. CAPTCHA functionality on our forms is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, and use of that feature is subject to Cloudflare's terms.
Limitation of Liability
