Website Design Service Terms
These service-specific terms apply to website design, development, redesign, and maintenance services provided by YaSeen Creative. These terms supplement our general Terms and Conditions.
Project Scope
The project scope — including the number of pages, features, functionality, and deliverables — is defined in a written project agreement before work begins. Any work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote or change order.
Timeline
Project timelines are estimates based on the scope agreed upon. Timelines depend on timely client feedback, content delivery, and approvals. Delays on the client side may extend the project timeline.
Revisions
Each project agreement specifies the number of revision rounds included. Additional revision rounds beyond the agreed amount may incur additional charges.
Content
The client is responsible for providing text content, images, and brand assets unless content creation is explicitly included in the project scope. We can provide content creation and image sourcing as an additional service.
Third-Party Services
Websites may integrate with third-party services including hosting platforms, domain registrars, payment gateways, email marketing services, and booking systems. Subscription fees for third-party services are the client's responsibility.
Ownership
Upon full payment, the client owns the final website design and content created specifically for their project. We retain ownership of any reusable code, frameworks, or development tools used in the project. We reserve the right to display the completed website in our portfolio.
Maintenance
Post-launch maintenance and updates are provided according to the maintenance plan selected. Websites that are not on a maintenance plan may require a separate service request for updates or troubleshooting.
Payment Terms
Payment terms — including deposit, milestone payments, and final payment — are specified in the project agreement. Work begins after the deposit is received. Final website files are delivered after full payment.
