Social Media Management Service Terms
These service-specific terms apply to social media management, content creation, and advertising services provided by YaSeen Creative. These terms supplement our general Terms and Conditions.
Account Access
The client grants YaSeen Creative access to social media accounts necessary to perform the agreed services. Access is typically provided through platform-native collaboration tools (Meta Business Suite, etc.). The client retains full ownership and control of their accounts at all times.
Content Creation & Approval
We create content based on your brand voice, guidelines, and the agreed content strategy. Content approval workflows are established at the start of the engagement. Unless otherwise specified, we publish content according to the agreed content calendar and the client retains final approval rights.
Platform Compliance
All content created complies with the terms of service and community guidelines of the platforms where it is published (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). We are not responsible for platform algorithm changes, account restrictions, or content removals imposed by the platforms.
Intellectual Property
The client owns all custom content created for their social media accounts upon full payment. We may use anonymized performance data to improve our services. We reserve the right to display content we've created in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Advertising
For advertising services, the client sets and controls the ad spend budget. Ad spend is paid directly to the advertising platform (Meta, TikTok, Google) and is separate from our management fee. We create and manage campaigns but do not control platform billing or ad delivery algorithms.
Performance & Results
We provide regular performance reports showing engagement, reach, follower growth, and other relevant metrics. While we work to achieve growth and engagement goals, social media results depend on many factors — algorithm changes, market conditions, and audience behavior — that are beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific follower counts, engagement rates, or sales from organic social media content.
Cancellation & Term
Social media management is typically a monthly service with a minimum commitment period specified in the service agreement. After the minimum period, either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. Content created during the notice period is delivered to the client.
