Custom Packaging Service Terms
These service-specific terms apply to custom packaging design, manufacturing coordination, and ordering services provided by YaSeen Creative. These terms supplement our general Terms and Conditions.
Design & Proofing
We create custom packaging designs based on your brand identity and specifications. You will receive design proofs for approval before production begins. Once a proof is approved and production starts, design changes may incur additional costs.
Manufacturing Coordination
We coordinate with manufacturing partners to produce your packaging. While we work with reliable, vetted manufacturers, production timelines and quality control are ultimately the manufacturer's responsibility. We facilitate communication and help resolve any production issues.
Minimum Order Quantities
Most custom packaging products have minimum order quantities set by manufacturers. We will inform you of minimums during the consultation and quote phase. We do not push clients to order more than they need.
Samples
Physical samples may be available for some products before full production. Sample availability varies by product type and manufacturer. Sample costs, if any, will be communicated before ordering.
Production Timelines
Production timelines vary by product type, quantity, and manufacturer capacity. Estimated timelines are provided during the quote phase. Rush orders may be available at an additional cost. We are not responsible for manufacturer delays beyond our control.
Payment & Ordering
Packaging orders typically require full or partial payment before production begins. Payment terms are specified in your order confirmation. Design fees are separate from manufacturing and product costs and are billed according to the agreed scope.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs, delivery timelines, and logistics are coordinated with the manufacturer. We help facilitate delivery arrangements. Shipping costs are the client's responsibility unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation.
